Raimondi is a designer, installation artist and fabricator. The overlap across these three areas create a delicious blend of cross pollination in her design practice. She enjoys the juggle between conceptual and the practical aspects of design. From developing a concept and language and then transforming an idea into a reality. The development of art installations allows her to explore the intuitive side of creativity. To see what the hand and process creates without the need to condense and justify a specific logic, structure and language – that which governs the design side of her work. The blend creates a palpable yet subconscious dialog in all facets of her work.
